Volume III: In-Store Shopping Policy

Can I book multiple slots?
Only 1 slot per account/email address.

How will I know my slot is confirmed?
Confirmation is sent via email immediately after booking.

What if I’m late?
Your slot starts and ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your shopping session will only last for the remaining time of your reserved window.

What if I can’t make it?
RM25 deposit is non-refundable.

Are walk-ins allowed?
No. Only customers with a purchased slot may enter the store on 25 February 2026.

Can I bring someone with me?
No. Each slot is for one customer only. You may be accompanied by one child under 12 years old. No additional guests above 12 years old will be allowed.

Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your ID, and show your email confirmation at the door.

What is the purchase limit?
Each shopping slot allows a maximum of 4 items per customer.
