As part of our commitment to provide hassle-free end-to-end parcel delivery, we have partnered with Ninjavan to provide a seamless process. All you need to do is pack all the items that you have received; original packaging, not used, original tags and in saleable condition accompanied by the original receipt as we would need to track order's owner. Then print the Return Label that has been provided and simply drop off at the nearest PUDO Point.
