For a different style or colour, choose Store Credit when submitting your return in the Returns Portal. Repurchase your desired item using the Store Credit provided.
For a different sizing, choose Exchange submitting your return in the Returns Portal.

In-store Purchases
Items bought in-store can be exchanged at our store (subject to in-store inventory availability). Visit us promptly or WhatsApp our team to check availability.

Bring for Exchanges:

• Purchase receipt
• Order number
• Items unused, unworn, scent-free, with original tags attached
