Purchases made before 12 noon of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day (we try our best!). We will email a tracking code to you once your item(s) has been sent out. You can use this tracking code to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

* As per our shipping policy, purchases below RM 99 will incur a shipping fee of RM 10 for both West Malaysia (W.M) and East Malaysia (E.M). On the other hand, purchases of RM 100 and above will qualify for free shipping to both regions.
* Shipment to Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore will be free if you spend RM1500 and above.
