STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Repack item in its original packaging - include the invoice, dust bags, ribbons or tissues.
*Please be advised that we require the order invoice to identify the parcel owner.
STEP 3: ATTACH CONSIGNMENT NOTE AND MAIL YOUR PARCEL
Fill in the local mail consignment note, and for customs purposes, kindly declare the items as returns/defect. Then, mail it to:

Customers may choose any available shipping courier to return the item back to us once you have submitted your return request. No worries however, we will offer ONE shipping reimbursement per order number in Store Credit (Capped at RM25). No COD accepted.
STEP 4: EMAIL YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT
The tracking number and details can be found on the receipt, so email a copy to hello@whimsigirl.com for us to keep an eye out for your parcel.
*For international returns/exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer and parcels are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.
*We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
*If your parcel got detained by the Customs for the reason that it was not declared as "damaged goods/return goods", you may need to pay for the duties and taxes as we are not responsible for it.
