STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Repack item in its original packaging - including the Order Invoice, dust bags, ribbons or tissue papers.
* Please be advised that we require the Order Invoice to identify the parcel's owner.
* We would recommend using Ninja Van or Speedpost Economy for Singapore returns.
STEP 2: ATTACH CONSIGNMENT NOTE AND MAIL YOUR PARCEL
Fill in the local mail consignment note, and for customs purposes, kindly declare the items as damaged/returned goods. Then, mail it to:

STEP 3: EMAIL YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT
The tracking number and details can be found on the receipt and consignment note, so email a copy to hello@whimsigirl.com for us to keep an eye out for your parcel.
*No COD accepted.
*For international returns/exchanges except Singapore, shipping costs are borne by the customer and parcels are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.
*As for Singapore returns/exchanges, we offer a partial return shipping reimbursement in the form of a non-expiry Store Credit (Capped at RM25). Kindly provide us with the consignment note and receipt for proof.
*If your parcel got detained by the Customs for the reason that it was not declared as "damaged goods/return goods", you may need to pay for the duties and taxes as we are not responsible for it.
